• Step 1: Login to your cPanel account.
• Step 2: Locate and click on the icon named Email Accounts
• Step 3: Fill in the following fields:
  * Email – Enter the email address that you want to create.
  * Password – Enter the password for your new mail.
  * Confirm Password – Confirm the previously entered password.
  * Mailbox Quota – The mailbox size for the account being created
  (Average mailbox quota should be around 20MB to 30MB)
• Step 4: Click on the Create button.

That’s all and I had my own email address and you can configure any mail client such as Outlook and start mailing.

Normally the size of mail which can be sent is 10 MB but WebHostingBuzz allows you to send mails with size up to 50 MB. As I had a dedicated server hosting plan there was no limit on number of mails I can send per hour. For others plans also the limit is sufficiently high like its 200 emails/hour for budget and reseller hosting plans, 500 emails/hour for business hosting. There are also mail forwarders available which can forward the mails to the lists which you must have created and there is no need for you to reconfigure them. You can also enable options such as forwarding each email to some people.

There are also two different webmail packages available for you. I keep changing the package everytime I login because the need and requirements are different every time. This feature is also not provided by most hosting companies or charge high fee for it.
