If you are sending in less than that, then you are getting $75 or $50 or $25, depend on the number of sales you sent in for the month.
You can send traffic and users from your website or from your online ads, and once these customers signup to Webhostingbuzz hosting products, you are getting the sales commission. It will be pay to you via Paypal on the following month.
